Chris Paget
Trustee / Chief Executive Officer
Chris Paget is one of the founding Trustees of the EIG Global Trust, a global umbrella trust organization dedicated to the economic development and stabilization of countries financial and commerce eco-systems through the development and issuance of 100% gold back audited stable coin and token currency as an asset. Chris is an expert in digital transformation and has been instrumental in the collateralization of The Trust’s EIG Bank Coin stable coin and USDAU stable token, along with the development and implementation of the EIG Global Trust model, which is designed to assist client nations in navigating the complexities of digital finance while strengthening their financial and commercial ecosystems.
In his role as President of EIG Global Trust, Chris serves as the main liaison between client nations and key stakeholders, including Central Banks, Government Ministries, and local partners. He oversees the establishment of EIG subsidiaries within these countries, ensuring proper tax status and operational frameworks. Additionally, he manages the delivery of EIG Bank Coin and facilitates in-country representation for subsidiaries to commence operations effectively.
Chris acts as Managing Director of Legacy 1 Gold Ltd which carries responsibility for the project management team in establishing all Project management operations from start to finish, through initial evaluation and cashflow management, auditing deliverables and all aspects of the projects right through to completion, including operation and sale as required. He also introduces specific projects for global application in client countries and introduces suitable projects sourced through the existing TAG Investment Bankers Group.
Rob Gorman
Trustee / Chief Operating Officer
Rob Gorman is the Chief Operating Officer and Trustee at EIGGT, bringing decades of leadership experience in technology, telecommunications, and hospitality innovation. He previously served as President of SSP Solutions, where he transformed the company from a $300,000 start-up into a publicly traded NASDAQ mid-cap with EBITDA exceeding $13 million, successfully managing a reverse triangular merger. Rob has also advised national leaders on payroll tax and REIT development consulting, and held senior roles including EVP at Silkroad Telecom, guiding technical strategy for fibre optic transmission systems.
Earlier in his career, Rob co-founded a Silicon Valley telecom start-up, raising multiple rounds of venture capital and co-designing pioneering cellular hardware and software systems. He led the Venetian Hotel Interactive Group joint venture, developing next-generation hospitality platforms for a leading luxury brand. His expertise extends to Fortune 500 compliance consulting on export licensing and negotiating major international deals, including a Motorola/MITEL joint venture in China.
Sean Eyen
Trustee / Chief Financial Officer
Sean Eyen is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience across fintech, asset management, hospitality, and defense industries. He has built a career at the intersection of technology, product innovation, and customer engagement — leading teams that bridge data-driven insight with transactional based products.
Currently, as Trustee and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EIG Global Trust; Sean leads the company’s regulatory and auditing compliance in addition to with running the day-to-day back-office accounting and project management departments. Sean joined EIG Global Trust with the combination of financial asset management firm Espiris Group, where he held the role of founder and CFO.
RJ Ferretti
Trustee / Chief Development Officer
RJ Ferretti brings more than 30 years of extensive background in all areas of banking and finance to EIG Global Trust (EIGGT). RJ is a founding trustee of EIGGT and acts as the Chief Development Officer.
Mr. Ferretti’s banking expertise also includes global private equity, private banking, acquisitions, and he has operated as a Principal in secured global multi-billion dollar private placements. RJ has also managed multi-billion dollar portfolios including proven oil; gold and technological holdings working with several United States agencies. Previously, RJ was an NASD Licensed Securities Principal and held senior positions as President of PetroTech Securities Corporation and Sr. Vice President of Corporate Finance at Kettler & Company, Chicago Board of Trade.
RJ is a decorated former U.S. Marine Corps Commissioned Officer combat veteran. He is an alumnus of Penn State University and graduate studies at various Business Schools.
W. Scott Boatman
Senior Advisor / Chief Counsel
William Scott Boatman acts as EIG Global Trust (EIGGT) Senior Advisor and Chief Counsel, overseeing legal affairs and ensuring strict regulatory compliance, as well as helping EIGGT open new markets for the Company’s gold-backed stablecoins.
Scott is the Co-Founder and Chairman of BeneFi Global Corp, a technology company advancing charitable giving for both donors and non-profits through blockchain, digital assets, personalization, tax benefits, and advanced search and payment options. EIGGT is the largest stakeholder in BeneFi, using its global relationships in banking, government, philanthropy and private equity to advance BeneFi’s mission.
Scott also serves as Co-Founder and General Counsel of ProNet Capital, a private equity firm with over $1 billion in past investments and current assets under management. In addition, he leads Boatman Law Group, a boutique practice representing professional athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs, and private equity assets in which he holds an ownership interest. Scott previously served as General Counsel for Dutt Sports Services, Inc., where he negotiated over $1 billion in NBA player contracts. Earlier in his legal career, he practiced law in Indianapolis and Denver.
Scott holds a BA with high distinction from Indiana University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a First Team Academic All-Big Ten student-athlete (football). He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington, IN).
Thomas Boatman
Head of Strategy and Global Markets
Thomas Boatman currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Global Markets at EIG Global Trust (EIGGT). Specifically, Tommy contributes to and helps oversee the implementation of all organizational work in each client country for the initial projects derived from EIGGT agreements with the Central Banks, Commercial Banks, and other financial institutions.
Previously, Tommy served as a Legal Analyst at Loevy & Loevy, LLC in Chicago from 2021 to 2023, where he helped launch the firm’s digital currency fraud division and assisted in the development of a proprietary decentralized court access remedy for blockchain and Web3. Tommy also advises and sits on the Board of Benefi Global Corp. a technology company advancing charitable giving for both donors and non-profits through blockchain. Tommy began his career concentrated on project financing and capital raising initiatives specifically targeted at humanitarian projects across Africa through the funding for blockchain ventures that are uniquely positioned to drive GDP growth and promote economic sovereignty within African nations.
Tommy holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Prior to his time at law school, Mr. Boatman earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Human Rights with a specialization in public policy from Southern Methodist University.
